What is the purpose of our CTE program?

​The purpose of the Career Technical Education (CTE) program at Fluvanna County High School is to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to succeed in their
chosen careers. The program is designed to offer a range of educational opportunities that
combine rigorous academic coursework with hands-on training in a variety of fields, including business, healthcare, engineering, and more.

What are the Benefits of the CTE Program here at FCHS?​

Through the CTE program, students have the opportunity to explore different career pathways
and gain practical experience in their chosen field of study. They also have the opportunity to
earn industry-recognized certifications, providing them with a competitive advantage as they
